Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • •10+ years of experience in financial controls, finance/accounting, and scheduling on large-scale transportation and infrastructure programs, including leading a team of professionals.
  • •Experience on large, multi-modal, bi-state transportation programs (e.g., highways, bridges, transit, rail, aviation) is preferred.
  • •Extensive earned value management (EVM) experience plus cost/schedule risk assessment (e.g., CEVP, CSRA, FTA OP40) and integrated master scheduling.
  • •Familiarity with state DOT programming processes (STIP and legislative capital requests) is a plus; PMP or equivalent preferred.
