Job Summary

Own and help deliver the regional lending product strategy by supporting CCM product design, development, and ongoing management. Drive global strategy and governance for CCM lending products, anticipating market changes across pricing, risk, regulatory, and customer insight. Implement a consistent Target Operating Model, build business tracking and performance metrics (e.g., portfolio analytics and pricing tools), and contribute to lending risk monitoring and governance submissions, supporting revenue, ROTE, and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Regional CCM Services Lead and Head of CCM Product & Design on development and delivery of the overall lending product strategy.
•Design and manage CCM lending products and processes aligned to propositions, segmentation, and participation models.
•Drive product performance by anticipating market conditions across pricing, risk, regulatory, and customer insight.
•Support implementation of a Target Operating Model (TOM) and develop business tracking/performance metrics such as portfolio analytics and pricing tools.
•Contribute to lending product performance, including lending risk indicators and monitoring activities, and support submissions to CCM governance forums.

Key Requirements

•Credit and Lending experience across the end-to-end credit & lending journey (e.g., RM support, credit services, operations, risk, or product).
•Ability to deal with complex requirements.
•Ability to meet exacting timescales.
•Strong analytical background with a high degree of attention to detail.
•Experience working in cross-functional teams to drive requirements capture.
