Key Responsibilities

  • •Take responsibility for the well-being of residents and ensure their physical, emotional and social needs are met
  • •Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals
  • •Carry out assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident
  • •Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies and legislation
  • •Drive and run the unit alongside clinical duties in the home

  • •A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development
  • •With a positive attitude, your energy and enthusiasm will encourage a supportive working environment
  • •Naturally caring with a hands-on approach, you have a flair for helping people maintain their independence, choice and dignity
