Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all on-site CSA work including earthwork, foundations, structural steel, concrete, roofing, façades, and architectural finishes.
  • •Enforce strict safety protocols, leading daily toolbox talks and site inspections.
  • •Develop and maintain schedules, track daily progress, and implement recovery plans when needed.
  • •Ensure work meets IFC drawings, specifications, and quality standards, including witnessing key inspections per ITP.
  • •Coordinate with MEP/process trades to manage interfaces and avoid conflicts; serve as primary field liaison between owner, design team, PM, and subcontractors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent trade background.
  • •15+ years of construction supervision experience, including at least 10 years on industrial/large-scale projects.
  • •Minimum 10 years on industrial/large-scale projects; semiconductor projects experience is preferred.
  • •Excellent communication and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • •Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
