Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned Safe & Secure team, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Coach and supervise associates, providing performance management, feedback, and reinforcement toward team goals.
  • •Implement and directly lead the Incident Management program at HQ, serving as a key facilitator in emergencies and driving after-action reviews.
  • •Directly lead processes related to Safe & Secure Technology, ensuring equipment and systems (badge access, server room controls, monitoring alerts) function properly.
  • •Ensure visitor and vendor check-in processes and HQ risk assessments are implemented, monitored, and supported with appropriate staffing and KPI adherence.
