W&D Capacity Planning Specialist

Design and ensure the accuracy of in-house logistics capacity planning models to maximize warehouse and distribution center efficiency. Build and run capacity planning for warehouse/DC operations, forecasting required resources (FTEs, equipment, and positions) by week, day, and shift to balance capacity and demand. Identify inbound and outbound bottlenecks using productivity data, and rapidly adjust capacity projections when market conditions or commercial actions change to protect service levels.
