•Lead and mentor a specialized squad of People Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and UX Designers as a product squad.
•Own people science products by bridging HR context and engineering implementation to ensure engineers understand human behavioral intent.
•Deliver predictive and prescriptive insights that move beyond descriptive workforce metrics.
•Translate complex data models into compelling narratives and lead AI agent development that surfaces insights to managers in real time.
•Ensure the People Data Stack is secure, GDPR/privacy-compliant, and acts as a single source of truth across People offerings.
