Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) of NPD programs and projects, ensuring scope delivery within technical, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
  • •Lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadership across the program and champion IPT execution.
  • •Facilitate implementation of program management processes at the site, business unit, or division.
  • •Maintain program metrics including earned value (CPI/SPI), quality, technical performance, and delivery through PROLaunch phases.
  • •Manage customer contracts, pricing, terms and conditions, risks, requirements, and provide program status updates (Green/Yellow/Red).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Program Management, or a combination of Program Management with Engineering and/or Product Development Management.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Requires U.S. person eligibility under ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident/Green Card holder, political asylee, or refugee).
  • •No relocation benefit; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Los Angeles, CA will be considered.
