Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general and cost accounting activities, including classification and recording of financial transactions and journal entries within approval limits.
  • •Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting and procedural standards.
  • •Support budgets and forecasts by analyzing business trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments, and comparing budgeted vs. actual costs.
  • •Develop, maintain, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems using current computer technology for real-time availability of financial reports.
  • •Conduct internal audits for accounts payable, payroll distribution, fixed assets, and cash, including making correcting journal entries when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience; 3 years relevant experience (GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Strong knowledge of financial processes, month-end close, and financial management/accounting practices.
  • •In-depth knowledge of GAAP and preparation/analysis of accounting records, financial statements, and financial reports.
  • •ERP experience, preferably SAP functional skills, to support real-time financial reporting.
  • •Professional qualification: CPA or ACCA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounts and Finance.
