•Take pride in work and strive for excellence and meet deadlines.
•Training and developing: Help teach others training content through consistent roleplay and coaching, monitor and assist with training and development for store associates.
•Coaching and feedback: articulate strengths, goals and opportunities, build a 360-degree coaching culture and be open to feedback.
