Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely and accurate entry of transactions into ETRM and risk management systems.
  • •Verify trade economics, contract terms, pricing structures, delivery obligations, and transaction attributes.
  • •Review executed confirmations to confirm trades are booked according to contractual terms.
  • •Maintain and update confirmation records in applicable document management systems.
  • •Support reconciliation and monitor trade lifecycle events (amendments, novations, terminations), resolving discrepancies with Legal, Credit, and Commercial teams, including SOX/internal/external audit support.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • •3-4 years of professional experience in confirmations, commodity operations, trading operations, risk, accounting, settlements, or financial analysis.
  • •Foundational understanding of financial statements and credit risk metrics.
  • •Knowledge of trade confirmations, commodities/energy trading operations, or middle-office functions.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail for controlled transaction records.
