Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and oversee implementation of the Crisis Management and Emergency Response Plan across the organization.
  • •Coordinate and monitor exercises, drills, and simulations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure preparedness.
  • •Maintain and update crisis management manuals and related documentation to meet regulatory and industry standards.
  • •Approve initial and final crisis/emergency reports, including lessons learned and recommendations.
  • •Support business continuity and health & safety program development, monitoring, training, and guidance to departments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Science, Safety, or a related field.
  • •6+ years of aviation industry experience.
  • •2+ years of experience in Safety Management.
  • •Strong knowledge of GACARs, ICAO SARPs, and IATA SARPs.
  • •Strong knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and crisis/emergency management, plus business continuity frameworks.
