Job Summary

Experienced, passionate event producer to support the Executive Producer and Project Manager across production aspects, coordinating third-party partners, exploring new formats and technologies, and ensuring high-quality, on-budget live experiences. You’ll manage pre-production logistics, timelines, vendor relationships, and on-site execution while driving cost efficiency and ensuring timely follow-up on quotes and P&L.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage all aspects of production, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, as well as post-event wrap-up.
•Create production timelines and ensure that teams are keeping to schedule.
•Communicate and collaborate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive alignment and execution of concerts.
•Optimize production costs and processes whenever possible.
•Manage thorough follow-up of third parties' quotes, invoices and P&L updates.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in the event production industry.
•Native/Fluent level of German and strong English. Other languages a plus.

•Have an innovative mindset to identify cutting edge solutions in the production space.
•Have a strong network of vendors and venues.
