Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions to deliver a superior offboarding experience.
  • •Advise clients on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees, including workforce reduction consultations and administrative hearings.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents accurately while maintaining privacy and confidentiality standards.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform and respond as a subject-matter expert to internal and external queries; coordinate stakeholders to ensure compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply employment-related instruments and analyze complex HR issues, research, and provide practical recommendations.
