Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver and coordinate interior fit-out projects across retail, commercial real estate, and corporate workplaces throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Support project managers with planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, furniture installation, space transitions, and project closeout activities.
  • •Coordinate project information between clients, consultants, contractors, property owners, suppliers, facilities teams, and internal team members.
  • •Contribute to schedule, measure-take registers, risk registers, budgets, design reviews, documentation coordination, and workplace transformation initiatives.
  • •Assist with tendering/solicitation activities, purchase orders, contracts/change orders/service agreements, budget tracking, invoice and payment processing, site visits, documentation, reporting, punch lists, transfers, and closeout documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, business administration, project management, or a related field (or relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
  • •3 to 5 years of experience coordinating projects, managing projects, construction administration, or a similar role.
  • •Strongly preferred experience supporting retail, commercial real estate, workplace/corporate office, lease improvements, or interior fit-out projects.
  • •Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while staying organized, rigorous, and proactive.
  • •Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience across clients, consultants, and contractors.
