Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate processing/equipment to produce product safely, efficiently, and continuously to the highest quality standard
  • •Mix ingredients and monitor temperature/moisture, removing improperly formed or overlapped product
  • •Operate and shut down equipment according to procedures, including changeovers and preventative maintenance
  • •Monitor and log key processing parameters, check for foreign matter, and escalate quality issues
  • •Follow sanitation procedures for clean ups and change overs, track/dispose of waste, and maintain safe housekeeping/5S

  • •Monitor and log temperatures, mix times, item numbers, and raw material weights and make adjustments accordingly
