•Develop and implement category strategies aligned to business objectives, driving profitable growth and market share expansion.
•Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
•Lead cross-functional teams to execute category management initiatives and achieve business outcomes.
•Negotiate with key suppliers to secure advantageous terms, enhance product offerings, and drive cost efficiencies.
•Use data analytics to evaluate category performance and generate insights to guide continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA preferred.
•5-7 years of experience in category management, procurement, or a related field in building materials or a comparable sector.

•Advanced analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
•Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across organizational levels.
