Job Summary

Manage a portion of a multi-billion-dollar mortgage warehouse lending portfolio, serving as the primary operational contact for assigned business clients. Review loan data and documentation for eligibility and compliance, control and track original loan collateral, and coordinate delivery to purchasing investors. Monitor facility performance, maintain accurate client/loan data in warehouse systems, escalate operational risks or exceptions, and contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a designated portion of a $3B mortgage warehouse lending portfolio while mitigating risk and ensuring adherence to internal policies and legal agreements.
•Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients by responding to service requests and coordinating with Relationship Managers to provide timely support.
•Review mortgage loan data and supporting documentation submitted with initial funding requests to confirm program eligibility and warehouse funding compliance.
•Ensure the timely receipt, tracking, and control of original mortgage loan collateral and facilitate delivery to purchasing investors at the customer’s request.
•Maintain up-to-date client- and loan-level data in the warehouse management system and related operational databases, escalating issues and recommending resolutions as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Experience in mortgage warehouse lending, loan operations, credit administration, or financial services.
•Strong analytical and decision-making skills to interpret complex loan data and legal documentation.
•Demonstrated account-based customer service experience for business clients.
•Proficiency with warehouse lending systems, loan servicing platforms, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
