Job Summary

Lead daily reconciliation of payment gateway transactions across multiple channels, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial records. Investigate and resolve discrepancies involving transaction reports, chargebacks, and refunds through cross-functional coordination. Produce daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation and settlement reports for leadership visibility, manage bank and payment provider relationships, and drive process improvement and automation to strengthen internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee daily reconciliation of payment gateway transactions across multiple channels to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
•Investigate and resolve discrepancies in transaction reports, chargebacks, and refunds by coordinating cross-functional teams to prevent financial losses.
•Develop, prepare, and review daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation and settlement reports for senior management decision-making.
•Manage relationships with banks and external payment service providers to ensure timely transfers and SLA adherence.
•Drive process improvement and automation, mentor junior team members, and oversee escalated settlement complaints and disputes to ensure swift resolution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
•1–2 years’ experience in a related field.
•Proficiency in MS Excel.
•Experience with payment gateway systems.
•Experience with reconciliation and settlement tools.
