Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end lifecycle for a portfolio of 10-15 retail projects across feasibility, design development, construction documentation, bidding, and construction administration.
  • •Create and maintain project schedules, milestone tracking, and risk logs; flag delays early and develop mitigation plans.
  • •Coordinate internal teams and external partners to move approvals efficiently and document decisions.
  • •Lead design leadership activities including plans, elevations, sections, details, specifications, and renderings while protecting Alo brand/design standards through codes, landlord constraints, and market conditions.
  • •Support pre-construction and construction administration by partnering on lease negotiations and feasibility studies, resolving RFIs/field issues, conducting on-site observations, and troubleshooting constructability issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • •10-15 years of design and project management experience with strong preference for retail, hospitality, or high-volume multi-site work
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project
  • •Significant working knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and documentation
  • •Strong working knowledge of retail-related ADA compliance and applicable building codes
