Job Summary

Finance Manager based in Singapore supporting the Procurement team with financial analysis, insights and reporting to drive cost savings and informed decision-making. Partner with Global Procurement and cross-functional teams to model scenarios, manage KPIs, and ensure rigorous cost control and governance across electronics and mechanics spend for profitability.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Procurement team (Electronics and Mechanics) with financial analysis and reporting – including cost assessments and recommendations.
•Support and manage the Procurement cost savings KPIs and drive actions across the commodity teams.
•Partner with Procurement COE around improving GCM execution and provide financial support including insights, modelling, analysis, governance and reporting.
•Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to deep dive into commodities around spend rationalization opportunities.
•Partner with the Product Cost team to ensure clear controls in place when reporting costs and validating CM billing.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated ability to perform financial analysis and reporting for procurement or supply chain functions.
•Experience in managing cost savings KPIs and driving actions across commodity teams.
•Ability to partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product cost) to deep dive spend and implement controls.
•Strong communication, influence and leadership skills in a matrixed environment.
•Experience working across functions and cultures with overseas entities.
