Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop quality screening and disposition systems, including business rules and automated lot hold/disposition workflows.
  • •Execute wafer lot disposition and quality risk assessments using electrical test data, physical characterization, process history, and statistical analysis.
  • •Perform advanced data analytics and statistical monitoring (SPC review, baseline trending, risk assessment) and build metrics dashboards for operational visibility.
  • •Drive automation and digital transformation for quality monitoring and disposition, including fail-safe controls and decision-support systems with software teams.
  • •Collaborate with global QA, product engineering, reliability, and manufacturing teams on standard execution, root-cause investigations, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, product engineering, quality, reliability, test engineering, or a related industry.
  • •Strong statistical knowledge including Statistical Process Control (SPC), outlier detection, distribution analysis, and trend analysis.
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, wafer fabrication, probe testing, and parametric testing methodologies.
  • •Understanding of quality systems, risk management, and defect containment processes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Material Science, Statistics, or a related technical discipline (preferred: Master’s).
