Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure operational developments, regulatory readiness, business continuity, and strategic ecosystem management across the payments network environment.
  • •Represent the clearinghouse in ABM Operational and Technology forums and lead relationships with third-party ecosystem partners.
  • •Oversee third-party operational performance, service quality, risk management, and contractual obligations.
  • •Manage engagement with regulators (including BANXICO and CNBV), coordinating audits and responding to information requests while maintaining audit readiness.
  • •Own and maintain the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), lead reviews/testing/recovery readiness assessments, and design/optimize operational processes and governance standards.

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 6 years of experience in the payments processing industry, preferably with payment networks, processors, clearinghouses, or financial institutions.
  • •Strong understanding of domestic payment messaging, clearing and settlement processes, and payment ecosystem operations.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • •Demonstrated strong communication skills.
  • •Analytical and proactive approach to work; willing to learn and collaborate.
