Product Manager (Senior/Staff/Principal)

Lead product strategy and delivery as a Senior/Staff/Principal Product Manager for Monarch's core product areas (Aggregation, Core Product, AI) in a fully remote fintech environment. Own discovery through to shipping, drive AI-powered features, and collaborate with data engineering to turn complex financial data into simple, trusted experiences for millions of users. You'll set priorities, balance tradeoffs, and mentor peers, all while operating with high autonomy in a fast-paced, remote-first culture.
