Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously embrace and communicate On’s values and brand philosophy in team and customer interactions.
  • •Hire, manage schedules, and oversee store advisor talent administration and development (e.g., payroll, onboarding, career progression, recruiting).
  • •Take responsibility for store performance by driving business drivers and monitoring relevant store KPIs.
  • •Oversee inventory management and back-of-house processes to optimize stock levels and ensure exceptional front-of-house operations.
  • •Support piloting, innovation, and implementation of new retail solutions and execute product strategy with sales planning and retail marketing.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in a customer-focused setting, including 3 years with managerial responsibilities.
  • •Operational retail experience in a premium, sports, tech and/or fashion environment.
  • •Strong interpersonal, hospitality, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • •Experience creating interactive and meaningful customer and team experiences.
  • •Ability to read, write and speak Japanese and English, with availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays.
