Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business development by identifying and originating opportunities through industry conversations and professional networks.
  • •Oversee proposal responses as Capture Manager, including narrative development, cross-team coordination, pricing, team definition, subcontractor engagement, and internal risk/compliance review.
  • •Lead delivery teams (5–8 consultants) across multiple workstreams: validate progress with clients, manage inputs from regional leadership and stakeholders, and design analytical workstreams.
  • •Provide quality assurance for scope, assumptions, analyses, and deliverables; produce polished narratives meeting client and firm standards.
  • •Own project financial performance, support operational improvements, and mentor junior staff to develop core consulting skills.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 10 years of experience (or equivalent), including 2 years of leadership.
  • •Typically 8+ years of management consulting or equivalent experience.
  • •Domain expertise in at least two areas such as enterprise strategy, organizational assessment/transformation, infrastructure investment appraisal, decarbonization/resilience, economic development, or technology-led transformation.
  • •Strong client-service mindset and interpersonal skills to act as a trusted adviser.
  • •Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and strong quantitative/technical capabilities.
