Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute the regional or country-specific fulfillment and distribution network strategy, including first mile, fulfillment operations, and last mile, in alignment with business growth objectives.
  • •Develop and implement logistics network buildout strategies in direct support of CAPEX infrastructure projects, ensuring full alignment with overall business objectives.
  • •Partner closely with Factory Operations, Supply Chain, Production, and Customer Support to integrate logistics planning with operational and commercial goals.
  • •Lead logistics project planning activities for capital infrastructure initiatives, including scope definition, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and risk management.
  • •Own the end-to-end logistics flow from factory origins through fulfillment and final delivery, optimizing global transportation networks and delivering materials on time.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •7+ years of experience in global or regional logistics or fulfillment teams.
  • •Proficiency with logistics software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS).
  • •Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to leverage data, KPIs, and metrics to guide network strategy and decision-making.
  • •Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 20-25%.
