Key Responsibilities

•Design and execute the regional or country-specific fulfillment and distribution network strategy, including first mile, fulfillment operations, and last mile, in alignment with business growth objectives.
•Develop and implement logistics network buildout strategies in direct support of CAPEX infrastructure projects, ensuring full alignment with overall business objectives.
•Partner closely with Factory Operations, Supply Chain, Production, and Customer Support to integrate logistics planning with operational and commercial goals.
•Lead logistics project planning activities for capital infrastructure initiatives, including scope definition, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and risk management.
•Own the end-to-end logistics flow from factory origins through fulfillment and final delivery, optimizing global transportation networks and delivering materials on time.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or a related discipline.
•7+ years of experience in global or regional logistics or fulfillment teams.
•Proficiency with logistics software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS).
•Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to leverage data, KPIs, and metrics to guide network strategy and decision-making.
•Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 20-25%.
