Landscaping Assistant

Support the Landscaping Specialists to create bespoke customer gardens at Leckford Estate. Follow planting plans and maintenance schedules, clear gardens ahead of larger projects, and maintain planting standards. Help with soft and hard landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, laying turf, and building garden features. Work with the nursery and landscaping team while complying with procedures, managing stock and waste, and ensuring health and safety across customer gardens and storage areas.
