Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead/support new product development projects in the catalyst/adsorbent space for refinery, petrochemicals, renewables, and natural gas processing industries.

Key Requirements

  • •Ph.D. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 5 years of relevant industrial experience, or an M.Sc./B.Tech. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 10 years of relevant industrial experience.
  • •Strong understanding of catalyst/adsorbent manufacturing processes and scale-up (e.g., mulling, forming, extrusion, finishing).
  • •Advanced skills in catalyst and adsorbent characterization and analytical techniques to troubleshoot manufacturing and scale-up risks.
  • •Experience with pilot plant testing and broader knowledge of catalysts applicable to the Oil & Gas industry.
  • •Familiarity with Six-Sigma tools and materials knowledge (e.g., zeolite, alumina, clay).
