Drive sales performance for office imaging solutions by owning allocated targets and market share, and building strong client relationships to maximize satisfaction. Manage account growth for Epson products and Managed Print Services (MPS), including forecasting and reporting business updates to leadership. Coordinate with logistics and the service team to ensure timely delivery and installation, while tracking sales metrics and delivering excellent customer experience.

•Achieve allocated sales targets and market share aligned to division objectives.
•Create and develop business relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction.
•Achieve personal sales targets.
•Report sales forecasts and business updates to the immediate supervisor to support timely decision-making.
•Maintain client relationships and coordinate with logistics and the service department to ensure timely delivery and installation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a relevant field from a recognized university or institution.
•5+ years of experience as a Sales account manager/executive in office automation sales (MPS, MFP, printers, scanners, large formats).
•Experience selling to corporate/customer verticals such as banking, insurance, hospitality, and education for printer/MFP sales.
•Knowledge/experience handling Managed Print Services (MPS) projects with print management solutions.
•Experience with sales processes and sales performance metrics, plus strong product and industry knowledge.
