Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide engineering leadership to a multidisciplinary team supporting space program execution across design, build, delivery, and issue/risk management.
  • •Ensure technical aspects are executed properly, including product definition, validation, software and systems engineering, design integration, test and evaluation, and certification.
  • •Develop and maintain responsibility authority accountability (RAA), organization charts, and project execution plans to complete work statements.
  • •Develop statements of work (SOW), identify performance metrics, and ensure WBS/PBS, schedule, and resource loading are completed.
  • •Incorporate lessons learned into strategic process improvements and present outcomes, assessments, and corrective action initiatives to Boeing management.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to obtain a Tier 5 (T5) background investigation (SSBI) and program access requiring U.S. citizenship.
  • •Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering/technical discipline including engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • •10+ years of experience in space systems development.
  • •14+ years of related work experience (or equivalent combination of technical education and experience).
  • •Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams (preferred).
