Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Education Content Leads with budget management, contingent workforce planning, goal setting, planning cycles, and performance reporting.
  • •Own internal communications and team rhythms across distributed groups, including updates and cross-regional forums.
  • •Coordinate EDU content initiatives across ingestion funnels such as partnerships, AI-generated content, EDU creator content, and vendor content.
  • •Translate strategy into clear milestones, dependencies, and plans, and connect planning to production.
  • •Track content production health and campaign performance and coordinate contingent workforce operations (onboarding, contracts, renewals, and budget tracking).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in program or project management, content operations, content production, chief of staff, or similar cross-functional coordination roles.
  • •Experience using AI and technology to build automations, scale systems, and improve workflows.
  • •Experience supporting senior leaders across planning, budgeting, and hiring.
  • •Proven ability to build shared processes across distributed or global teams.
  • •Strong communication, prioritization, and the ability to connect strategy to execution in ambiguous environments.
