  • •Sviluppare applicazioni e personalizzazioni sulla piattaforma Remedy all’interno di gruppi di progetto
  • •Analizzare requisiti funzionali e redigere specifiche di sviluppo
  • •Redigere test book di progetto e supervisionarne l’esecuzione
  • •Eseguire attività di implementazione e sviluppo su ARS Remedy e Helix ITSM con team di alto livello di competenza
  • •Partecipare al Knowledge Up Programs e ai percorsi di formazione/certificazione per avanzare nel ruolo

Key Requirements

  • •Laurea o comprovata esperienza sull’ambiente di sviluppo Remedy.
  • •Conoscenza di sviluppo sulla piattaforma BMC Remedy o ITSM Helix, SQL.
  • •Gradita certificazione ITIL 4 e conoscenza BMC ITSM Helix.
  • •Richiesta la conoscenza dell’inglese tecnico.
