Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•End-User Support & Help Desk: Serve as the primary point of contact in the #it-help Slack channel, triaging and resolving employee requests in real time across hardware, software, and account issues; manage the full ticket lifecycle through the Console ticketing system; handle escalations and cross-functional requests with follow-through.
•New Hire Onboarding: Own the day-one onboarding experience, providing laptops and ensuring access to all required first-day systems and tools; support the employee lifecycle workflows at scale.
•Desktop & AV Support: Provide hands-on hardware support (monitors, laptops, peripherals) and maintain audiovisual infrastructure across the office including Zoom rooms and conferencing hardware.
•Laptop Inventory & Lifecycle Management: Manage device lifecycle from receipt to disposal, organize shipments, issue devices, and coordinate remote/hybrid onboarding logistics.
•Access Management & Identity Administration: Manage user access across platforms via admin consoles (Okta, Google Groups, Slack); automate provisioning with Okta group rules and manage SSO/MDM requirements.

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
•Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
•Hands-on experience supporting macOS endpoints and administering MDM tooling (Kandji a plus)
•Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration
•Experience with Slack administration—workspace management, permissions, and troubleshooting
