Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields; PhD or MBA preferred.
  • •15+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics, including at least 8 years in a leadership role within IT services or consulting.
  • •Proven track record of managing and scaling AI practices and delivering large-scale AI projects while driving business growth.
  • •In-depth understanding of AI technologies and platforms, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AWS/Azure AI services; strong knowledge of NLP, deep learning, and computer vision.
  • •Experience with LLMs (including OpenAI and AWS Bedrock), integrating AI into enterprise systems, and influencing senior stakeholders; ability to travel within North America as required.
