Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and size opportunities where built or committed data center capacity, power, compute, or similar resources aren’t converting to revenue.
  • •Partner with Capacity Planning, Product Management, and deal desk or legal to understand technical, contractual, and commercial constraints.
  • •Translate probabilistic/technical models into financial terms such as expected value and cost of getting it wrong.
  • •Determine and defend the level of risk for monetizing or reclaiming gaps to stakeholders across engineering, product, and leadership.
  • •Build durable financial frameworks for proven opportunities while supporting live decisions already in motion.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in financial planning, corporate finance, or capital allocation in capital-intensive environments (infrastructure, utilities, real estate, or similar).

  • •SQL proficiency to pull and validate data independently.
  • •Experience partnering with Product Management on pricing or product decisions.
  • •Contract fluency to evaluate what’s allowed under existing customer agreements.
