Job Summary

Lead Taiwan onshore investment strategy implementation for Private Banking and Premier Wealth, aligning asset allocation guidance and thematic ideas to the CIO House View. Drive a local CIO-led end-to-end process through investment committees, strengthen advisory consistency with SAA/TAA and portfolio frameworks, and support sustainable/ESG themes. Oversee cross-asset product fulfillment, monitor performance, and create and distribute Mandarin/English investment content for client engagement, events, and new client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement Taiwan onshore investment strategies, including SAA/TAA and thematic ideas across asset classes for Private Banking and Premier Wealth clients.
•Contribute to the global/regional investment process to formulate portfolio strategies and High Conviction Themes aligned to the CIO House View.
•Drive the local CIO-led end-to-end process via a Taiwan investment committee to ensure consistent implementation across advisory and portfolio construction.
•Deliver training and strengthen investment advisory quality and consistency using SAA/TAA, Core–Satellite, and Portfolio Based Approach.
•Lead investment content creation and distribution (Mandarin and English) and support external client engagement through events, UHNW roundtables, and 1:1 advisory.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in portfolio strategy, investment research, asset allocation, and product selection within wealth management/private banking.
•Strong cross-asset market knowledge and ability to translate macro/thematic views into actionable portfolio guidance.
•Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive cross-boundary collaboration across diverse teams.
•Excellent presentation and writing skills to simplify complex market topics into compelling client narratives.
•Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written), with a relevant university degree and CFA (or related professional qualifications) strongly preferred.
