•Set hours and rates as a contract tutor and adapt approach based on student progress.

Key Requirements

•Must have strong GMAT score (typically 90th percentile+), and prior tutoring or teaching experience.
•Ability to assess a student’s starting point and create personalized study plans.
•Clear, structured approach to breaking down complex problems and teaching test strategies.
•Tutor sets their own hours and rates and hosts sessions virtually.
•Excellent communication and time-management skills
