Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess each student’s starting point and determine a baseline to tailor study plans.
  • •Develop personalized study plans and teach core GMAT concepts and test strategies.
  • •Help students build accuracy, pacing, and confidence leading up to test day.
  • •Host sessions virtually and coordinate with the team to deliver high-quality, supportive experiences.
  • •Set hours and rates as a contract tutor and adapt approach based on student progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have strong GMAT score (typically 90th percentile+), and prior tutoring or teaching experience.
  • •Ability to assess a student’s starting point and create personalized study plans.
  • •Clear, structured approach to breaking down complex problems and teaching test strategies.
