Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as site sanitation subject matter expert, providing technical leadership for sanitation processes and CIP program management.
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, GFSI, and Kerry sanitation requirements; maintain sanitation documentation for audits.
  • •Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and detailed SSOPs using Kerry sanitation methodology.
  • •Lead sanitation audits, inspections, and facility assessments to identify risks and improvement opportunities; manage sanitation chemical inventories.
  • •Provide technical authority for CIP system design, operation, validation, troubleshooting, and optimization; lead root-cause analyses and validation protocols, and support capital projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, Dairy Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Minimum 7–10 years of progressive sanitation, food safety, quality, or manufacturing leadership experience.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of demonstrated technical leadership involving Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems.
  • •Experience in beverage, dairy, aseptic, high-acid, low-acid, or ready-to-drink food manufacturing environments.
  • •Experience supporting customer and GFSI certification audits (e.g., FDA, USDA, BRCGS, SQF).
