Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify implementation of the Project Quality Plan, procedures, and contractor quality systems.
  • •Plan and execute system and process audits and risk-based surveillance.
  • •Review ITPs and quality records for adequacy, traceability, and compliance.
  • •Attend contractor kick-off meetings, chair pre-inspection meetings, and lead/participate in contractor quality meetings.
  • •Manage NCR/CAPA trends, action follow-up and escalation of systemic, overdue, or high-risk issues; provide management reporting and support continuous improvement and handover readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
  • •Minimum 5 years QA/QC experience on industrial EPC/EPCM construction projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 19011, ITPs, NCR/CAPA, audit principles, and contractor quality management.
  • •Demonstrated competence to plan and execute system and process audits.
  • •Strong analytical, reporting, communication, facilitation, and constructive-challenge skills.
