Key Responsibilities

  • •Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members through guidance, feedback, and performance reviews while fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary project teams and act as the primary client point of contact across all project phases, coordinating communication via structured meetings, reporting, and documentation.
  • •Develop and execute the project strategy, establishing governance frameworks and control mechanisms for quality, safety, compliance, risk, and environmental management.
  • •Drive project controls for schedule, cost, risk, and change management, including executive-level reporting and performance dashboards for leadership decision-making.
  • •Oversee procurement from tender strategy to vendor selection, manage construction site inspections and permitting, and administer invoicing in D-365 with finance teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Construction-related degree (e.g., project management, construction management, design, engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 12 years’ experience in project management or construction projects (including project/procurement/vendor/consulting roles).
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills with experience managing people.
  • •Strong business acumen to drive client outcomes, leverage opportunities, and coordinate delivery with design and construction teams.
  • •Client management experience using advisory skills to support value management, value engineering, and lifecycle costing.
