Job Summary

Provide maintenance and repair for customer and company heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts at the Toledo rental facility. Use the company’s technology to create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, diagnose root causes, and order parts. Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel repairs with strong independent judgment, maintain accurate paperwork, assist with pick-up and delivery, and travel to customer job sites when required.

Key Responsibilities

•Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track machine service intervals.
•Diagnose issues and determine root causes and corrective actions using real-time data across hundreds of equipment makes/models.
•Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools.
•Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed on a daily basis.
•Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts; travel to customer job sites when required and maintain service vehicle cleanliness.

Key Requirements

•Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
•Have extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
•Provide superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
•High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
•Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (must be at least 21 to operate a company vehicle).
