Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze RMA, Failure Analysis, and Repair data; identify trends and raise quality alerts; drive resolution, containment, and mitigation plans for such quality alerts.
  • •Oversee operational performance of Failure Analysis contract manufacturers; ensure KPIs like FA cycle times, fault duplication and fault isolation rates are met.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Hardware, and Test Engineers in debugging field RMAs and reviewing FA results; ensure status is updated in case management systems.
  • •Publish external-facing Failure Analysis Reports and drive learnings back into Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Support teams.
  • •Oversee the setup of new products into Failure Analysis and debug repair operations, including TOI, test plans, tooling, fixtures, and equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • •Experience in high-tech manufacturing (preferably networking equipment)
  • •Experience working with contract manufacturing partners
  • •Experience in PCBA manufacturing, electro-mechanical assembly, and associated processes
  • •Broad knowledge of test, diagnostics, failure analysis, and debug techniques
