Key Responsibilities

  • •Calibrate instruments and testing devices to ensure accurate readings in line with standards and compliance requirements.
  • •Implement calibration processes, engineering support, and maintenance activities according to SOPs.
  • •Prepare and manage calibration documents in SAP, including instrument labeling, same-day notifications, and tracking M5 notifications monthly.
  • •Support third-party calibration and maintenance by guiding area clearance, and review/upload third-party raw data and certificates in SAP.
  • •Ensure safety and conduct preventive maintenance planning with records; follow remedial actions for delays and submit monthly KPI reports to the supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • •3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • •Knowledge of cGMP requirements, good documentation practices, and ISO 17025 guidelines.
  • •Understanding of measurement-uncertainty calculations and calibration standards.
  • •Technical knowledge of instrument calibration and preventive maintenance, with strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
