Senior HR Rewards leader responsible for strategy and execution of Schonfeld’s benefits, compensation, and payroll processes on a global scale. Partners with Business Partners to provide data analytics, supports annual cycles and renewals, drives process improvements, and aligns people strategies with firm initiatives. Manages HRIS data, vendor relationships, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to deliver accurate, compliant compensation and benefits programs.
