•Provide mortgage clients advice based on their needs and Truist Mortgage products and benefits.
•Execute Truist referral process and support mortgage loan fulfillment with client, attorney, or appraiser document follow-up as needed. (Assist with document follow-up for quality control or post-closing review.)
