Lead branch operations for a nursery location by building and coaching a high-performing team, translating operating and financial data into actionable business trends, and driving revenue, customer satisfaction, and growth. •Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
•Working knowledge of business accounting and P&L statements (higher education preferred; high school or equivalent required).
