Job Function: Real Estate & Property Management

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end on-time execution of real estate transactions, including lease renewals, renegotiations, restructures, acquisitions, dispositions, expansions, contractions, and early terminations; develop goals aligned with portfolio objectives; manage external brokers for optimal negotiation outcomes; oversee lease administration inputs and documentation accuracy.
•Develop financial models comparing scenarios and workplace strategies; analyze occupancy costs, rent, operating expenses, depreciation, and incentives; prepare business cases with ROI and risk factors; benchmark terms to guide negotiation strategy.
•Direct governance and stakeholder management by creating meetings, presentations, and materials; partner with leaders to review space demand and operational needs.
•Collaborate with Workplace Services for enterprise alignment including facilities management, project management for build-outs, and lease administration with legal and finance inputs.
•Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management across transactions; maintain audits and internal reporting materials; manage key risks such as financial exposure and timing dependencies

•Proven ability to develop governance meetings, presentations, and documentation for stakeholder management

•Leadership and organizational skills to determine business unit goals
•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MCR preferred
