Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with senior management to shape strategic partnering and advise management and Controlling on business questions
  • •Coordinate with Corporate Controlling, other Business Units and central functions to develop interfaces and ensure effective collaboration
  • •Create, analyze, and challenge business cases and continuously develop the reporting framework
  • •Contribute expertise to strategic questions, derive informed recommendations, and support robust decision-making
  • •Take responsibility in international Finance and Controlling projects and prepare management reports, decision documents, and presentations for the management team

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in business administration with a focus on Controlling or an equivalent qualification
  • •Several years of professional experience in controlling or a comparable business-partner role
  • •Strong ability to spar with senior management and communicate clearly with international stakeholders
  • •Proactive, independent and hands-on work style, able to combine conceptual thinking with structured implementation
  • •Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel, used confidently in everyday work
