Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and implement cost/change control processes and procedures.
  • •Review and negotiate change orders; perform delay analysis and track changes with the Project Manager.
  • •Manage contingency draw, budget tracking, and invoicing/ payments processing and reporting.
  • •Update owner cost tracking software and coordinate weekly progress reports with the General Contractor.
  • •Produce monthly and earned value reports, review cost tracking reports, and support contract/SOW development and procurement processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
  • •Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations.
  • •Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
